Kephri Cases Return Policy

At Kephri Cases, we are committed to providing our customers with the highest quality products and a seamless shopping experience. We understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, and we are here to assist you if you encounter any issues with your order.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

  • If you wish to return an item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order at hello@kephricases.com.
  • The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used when placing the order.

Procedure for Returns:

  1. Contact Us:

    • Email us at hello@kephricases.com within 14 days of receiving your order.
    • Provide your order number and reason for the return.
    • If the item is defective or incorrect, please attach photos of the defect or wrong item to your initial email along with an explanation.
  2. Return Authorization:

    • Await our response with a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions on how to return your item.
  3. Shipping:

    • Securely pack the item in its original packaging.
    • Include the RA number with the returned item.
    • All return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or an error was made on our part.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Personalized products are uniquely made for you and cannot be exchanged or refunded unless there is a manufacturer's defect.

Important Note:

  • We do not issue refunds if a reason for returning the item is not provided
  • Refunds for returned items will be processed within 7 business days of receiving the return and will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
