Order Cancellations

Eligibility for Cancellation:
Orders can be canceled within 2 hours of placement. After this window, we’re unable to cancel orders as they are processed in our fulfillment system.

How to Cancel Your Order:

• Email us at hello@kephricases.com within 2 hours of placing your order.
• Include your order number in the email for faster processing.
• If eligible, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Returns and Exchanges

Eligibility for Returns:

• Contact us within 14 days of receiving your order if you wish to return an item.
• The item must be unused and returned in its original packaging.

Return Procedure:

1. Contact Us:
   Email hello@kephricases.com within 14 days of receiving your order, providing your order number and reason for the return. If the item is defective or incorrect, please include photos of the issue.

2. Return Authorization:
   You’ll receive a Return Authorization (RA) number and instructions for the return.

3. Shipping the Return:
   Pack the item securely in its original packaging, include the RA number, and note that all return shipping expenses are the responsibility of the customer.

Non-Returnable Items:
Personalized products are uniquely made and cannot be exchanged or refunded.

Important Notes

• Refund Policy: Refunds are issued only if a reason for the return is provided. We cannot issue refunds if the wrong phone model was selected during checkout.
• Undeliverable Addresses: If an undeliverable address (e.g. a PO Box or commercial address) is provided, and the package is returned, the customer will be responsible for re-shipping costs.

Refund Processing
Refunds for returned items are processed within 10 business days of receiving the item and are issued to the original payment method.
